PPP Business Modelling Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven PPP Business Modelling Consultant to join our consulting team. The consultant will design and maintain business, commercial and investment models for public‑private partnership projects, digital transformation, managed services and revenue‑sharing initiatives, supporting clients in strategic investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial and commercial models for PPP, digital transformation and managed services opportunities.
• Conduct market research, industry benchmarking and competitive analysis to assess opportunities.
• Design commercial strategies, monetisation approaches and value propositions for clients.
• Prepare executive‑level recommendations and business cases to support investment and commercialization decisions.
• Collaborate with clients, partners and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in business case development and financial analysis.
• Commercial acumen and ability to design viable commercial strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior executives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary consulting team.
