Regional Financial Controller – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a senior finance executive to lead the financial function of our Saudi Arabia Regional Headquarters. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as a trusted advisor for the RHQ team and our subsidiaries across the MENA region, ensuring robust financial health and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately five direct reports across Amsterdam, Madrid, Warsaw, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, with indirect oversight of shared services in India.
• Oversee the monthly and quarterly U.S. GAAP close process for EMEA entities, ensuring accurate accounting and timely reporting.
• Manage budgeting, expense control, forecasting and performance review for the region.
• Drive operational and financial reporting, providing insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory accounting, EU & GCC regulations, and internal control requirements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance leadership within a multinational environment.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and local statutory accounting standards.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering actionable financial insights.
