Sales Manager – Food Ingredients (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Food Specialities Limited (FSL) is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its Food Ingredients business in Saudi Arabia. The role combines commercial acumen with technical knowledge to drive growth across food manufacturing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and expand market share for ingredient, flavor and value‑added solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and principal suppliers.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance to customers, presenting innovative concepts.
• Lead market penetration initiatives across the regional food manufacturing sector.
• Oversee project delivery, customer follow‑ups and maintain accurate CRM reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related discipline.
• 5–6 years of proven sales experience in food ingredients.
• Deep understanding of the regional food manufacturing market.
• Strong business development and value‑selling capabilities.
• Proactive, organized and eager to learn and grow.
