About the role

Join HERE’s fast‑growing sales team in Riyadh as a Sales Development Representative. You will help expand the customer base across Automated and Connected Driving, Fleet Management, and Supply Chain markets by qualifying inbound leads and launching outbound prospecting campaigns.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate B2B leads that meet budget, authority, need, and timing criteria for the sales team.
  • Research target accounts using social media mining and other techniques to build detailed prospect profiles.
  • Build relationships with prospects through multi‑touch outreach (calls, emails, online messages, social interactions).
  • Schedule qualified appointments and hand them over to the sales team.
  • Provide market insights, persona descriptions, and competitive intelligence to internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing colleagues to maximize pipeline creation.

Required profile

  • Saudi national, fluent in English and native‑level Arabic.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong desire to start or accelerate a commercial career.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet consistent target achievement.
  • Basic social selling skills and comfort with digital outreach tools.

Required skills

  • Social media research and prospect profiling.
  • Multi‑channel outreach (calls, email, online messaging).
  • Ability to qualify leads using BANT criteria.
