About the role

Avrio, a fintech company using AI to improve cash‑flow for healthcare providers, is seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Manager to lead its sales effort in the Saudi healthcare market. This player‑coach position combines team leadership with personal responsibility for a book of business, selling Avrio’s Healthcare Information Management and Revenue Cycle Management platform to clinics and providers.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, coach and manage a high‑performing sales team, setting performance targets and conducting regular reviews.
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline reviews and reporting; develop scalable processes and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on territory planning, quota setting and go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Prospect, qualify and close new clinic and provider accounts, managing the full sales cycle from discovery through demos, negotiation and contract signing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clinic owners and key decision‑makers, ensuring all activities are recorded in the CRM.
  • Work with onboarding and technical teams to guarantee smooth hand‑over and successful clinic activation.
  • Gather client feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product and market decisions; represent Avrio at industry events.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on Saudi healthcare regulations, NPHIES and the broader RCM landscape.

Required profile

  • 6‑8 years of hands‑on experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) sales.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or coaching a sales team.
  • Deep knowledge of the Saudi health‑insurance and payer ecosystem, including eligibility, claims and reimbursement workflows.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Data‑driven approach to pipeline management and comfortable working on‑site in Riyadh.
