About the role

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the full range of the company's products to assigned customers within a defined territory. The role involves active market engagement, gathering competitive intelligence, and ensuring accurate documentation for sales activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell the company's product portfolio to assigned customers and report competitor activity.
  • Implement planograms correctly in retail locations.
  • Process special order requests as needed.
  • Collect invoices following the company’s aging policy.
  • Prepare documentation for call cycles and business reviews before market visits.
  • Identify and report new customer opportunities to the team leader.
  • Handle customer complaints and forward them to the sales team leader.
  • Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader or accountant.
  • Issue return forms for defective products and obtain approval before processing returns.
  • Report unresolved problems or objections to the team leader.
  • Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations and obtain customer signatures.
  • Perform inventory checks during each visit, covering warehouses and shelves.

Required profile

  • Minimum High School diploma.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar sales or field‑service role.
