Senior Manager – Head Office & Branches Audit

About the role

The Senior Manager – Head Office & Branches Audit leads internal audit activities across the organisation’s headquarters and branch network. The role ensures robust internal controls, effective risk management, and regulatory compliance while driving business improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual audit plan for head office and branches.
• Lead end‑to‑end audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, reporting and follow‑up.
• Assess internal controls, governance frameworks and risk management processes.
• Conduct operational, financial and compliance audits.
• Identify risks and deliver practical, value‑added recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as SAMA and CMA.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Monitor audit observations and drive timely closure.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in internal audit or a related discipline.
• Experience in financial services, banking or fintech is preferred.
• Professional certifications (CIA, CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
