Senior Project Manager

About the role

HENSOLDT Middle East is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex defence projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and involves managing projects from initiation through to successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a Project Management structure and team.
• Coordinate project kick‑offs and ensure effective scope management.
• Use project execution, control and monitoring tools (e.g., Qmuzik, SAP) and PMO‑defined KPIs.
• Deliver contracted milestones as total solutions while managing technical, schedule and budget constraints.
• Participate in major contract scope change negotiations.
• Plan resources, budgets, schedules and maintain risk and issue logs.

Required profile

• Undergraduate engineering qualification or equivalent.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
• 6–8 years of project management experience, preferably in a defence/electronic warfare environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, non‑co‑located teams.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
