Senior Tax Consultant – KSA

About the role

Mazeed is seeking a Senior Tax Consultant to lead tax compliance and advisory services for clients across Saudi Arabia. You will ensure accurate filing of VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax and Zakat, while providing practical guidance aligned with ZATCA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Withholding Tax (WHT) and Zakat filings in full compliance with KSA regulations.
• Submit tax returns and supporting documentation on time and with precision.
• Provide solution‑oriented tax advisory on VAT, CIT, WHT and Zakat matters.
• Monitor regulatory updates from ZATCA and assess their impact on client obligations.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary contact for tax queries and compliance issues.
• Support clients during tax audits, reviews and inspections conducted by authorities.
• Assist in fee estimation, engagement scoping and maintain high‑quality documentation and audit trails.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience with Saudi tax regulations and ZATCA compliance.
• Proven track record handling VAT, CIT and WHT for multiple clients.
• Experience preparing or reviewing tax returns and related documentation.
• Strong communication abilities and client‑relationship management skills.
• Based in Saudi Arabia.
