Service Advisor – Customer Service & Operations

About the role
The Service Advisor will coordinate service operations at the centre, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and productivity. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will guide customers through the service process, from vehicle inspection to final delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct pre‑acceptance inspections, document vehicle condition and confirm findings with customers.
- Coordinate repair work with the Chief Technician, oversee diagnostics, and ensure final inspections meet customer expectations.
- Communicate repair estimates, timelines and any additional parts requirements clearly to customers.
- Maintain continuous updates with customers on repair progress and obtain approvals for extra work.
- Collaborate with the Parts Department to secure necessary components and guarantee timely vehicle delivery.
- Monitor job data entry, track man‑hour productivity and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Handle post‑service follow‑up, address complaints promptly and report issues to the Workshop Floor Manager.
- Uphold quality control standards and reinforce the company’s brand image.
