Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Store Supervisor will work closely with the Management Team to drive store performance and ensure an exceptional customer experience across premium fashion brands. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations, staff development, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Management Team in meeting store and KPI targets to align with overall business objectives.
• Deliver exemplary customer service by providing product information, maintaining a friendly attitude, and building lasting relationships.
• Oversee operational aspects of the store, including staff scheduling, coordination with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring smooth daily activities.
• Identify and arrange technical training for store staff on products, customer service standards, and policy requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge on designs, trends, quality issues, and availability to support customers effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar retail supervisory role.
• Previous experience with fashion retail brands is preferred.
• Strong understanding of local culture and sensitivities.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to adapt to changes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
