About the role
Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a talented Key Account Manager for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will join a culture that values progress, belonging, and continuous learning, with a focus on improving access to high‑quality medicines and precision oncology diagnostics.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer‑facing representative, delivering exceptional field service and daily engagement with healthcare professionals across Saudi Arabia.
- Drive achievement of defined sales targets and business growth objectives within the assigned territory.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers, aligning Hikma’s capabilities with clinical needs.
- Support healthcare providers by operationalising test requests, ensuring smooth sample collection and ordering of Guardant Health assays.
- Act as the bridge between customers and the company, delivering corporate messages and providing actionable feedback to leadership.
- Organise and facilitate customer participation in conferences, advisory boards, and scientific meetings.
- Monitor the commercial landscape, analyse trends, and optimise account management strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries by collaborating with internal teams and Client Services.
- Adhere to all company compliance, privacy, and business conduct policies.
Required profile
- Candidates with experience in key account management within the Saudi Arabian healthcare market.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and diagnostic products, especially in oncology.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional customers.
