Site Foreman

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to lead civil, structural, and architectural activities on a prestigious hotel construction project. The role covers end‑to‑end supervision, from planning and execution to quality control and safety compliance, ensuring timely and on‑budget delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily on‑site construction activities, maintaining work quality and safety standards.
• Review blueprints and specifications to verify compliance with design and project standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and material requirements.
• Enforce HSE regulations and report incidents according to company protocol.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including attendance, material logs, and progress reports.
• Evaluate team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years on hotel or high‑rise projects.
• GCC experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong technical ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
