Tax Manager – International Tax & Transfer Pricing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead our international tax function. The role bridges operating business models with legal entity structures, ensuring regional tax issues are coordinated and reflected in a global reporting framework.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate regional tax matters and translate them into a unified global reporting structure.
• Provide leadership and personnel management for the tax team.
• Deliver consulting and compliance services for inbound and outbound international tax.
• Manage transfer‑pricing projects and ensure alignment with OECD, EU and Middle‑East initiatives.
• Oversee tax compliance, reporting and interaction with financial accounting under US GAAP.
• Lead project management and presentation efforts for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Tax qualification, business‑related degree (tax law/economics) or Chartered Accountant.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive tax experience in advisory or in‑house roles at a Big 4, top‑tier law firm or multinational corporation.
• Deep knowledge of Middle‑East, OECD, EU tax initiatives and European tax law.
• Strong understanding of international tax concepts, including transfer pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently under strict deadlines.
