Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Jubail. The role involves delivering on‑site technical assistance for a range of laboratory and industrial equipment, ensuring customers receive prompt and effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support and troubleshoot product and system issues for lab equipment, chemicals, 3D printers and robotics.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales and R&D teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions and service procedures.
• Assist with the installation, commissioning and maintenance of customer equipment.
• Deliver timely on‑site support to clients in Jubail and surrounding areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical abilities to diagnose problems and implement solutions.
• Background in customer support with a focus on timely assistance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jubail.
