Therapeutic Area Partner – Cardiovascular (Riyadh)

About the role

The Therapeutic Area Partner (TAP) for Cardiovascular will be based in Riyadh and act as the primary scientific liaison for Bristol Myers Squibb’s cardiovascular portfolio. Working directly with health‑care professionals, the TAP drives scientific exchange, supports appropriate product use, and builds strong partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Promote BMS cardiovascular brands by delivering accurate scientific messages to physicians, pharmacists, clinical pharmacists, echo technicians and other HCPs.
• Maintain deep disease and product expertise and stay current on the treatment landscape.
• Identify knowledge and care gaps in the territory and implement targeted educational programs.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan aligned with agreed KPIs and metrics.
• Profile, segment and prioritize customers, including KOLs, to maximize engagement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (medical, access, marketing) to support formulary enlisting and product penetration.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards while representing BMS values.

Required profile

• Field‑based professional comfortable spending ≥90 % of time traveling and meeting HCPs.
• Strong background in cardiovascular therapeutics and pharmaceutical science.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with diverse clinical audiences.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic territory plans and meet performance objectives.
