Vice President – Corporate Relationship Management

About the role

The Vice President – Corporate Relationship Management will be responsible for managing a portfolio of senior and large corporate customers, driving revenue and profit targets for QNB in the assigned country. The role involves developing and maintaining banking relationships, offering the full suite of credit, deposit, international transaction and specialized services to business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategies to achieve volume, revenue and profit targets for the Corporate Banking function.
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance and quality measurement.
• Promote cost consciousness, efficiency and productivity while adhering to QNB policies.
• Delegate authority to staff and oversee its proper exercise.
• Develop and manage both existing and potential corporate customers in line with QNB credit policies and standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet financial and non‑financial targets.

Required profile

• Senior professional with extensive experience in corporate banking and relationship management.
• Proven ability to manage large corporate portfolios and achieve assigned financial targets.
• Strong understanding of credit policies, banking products and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making skills.
