Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with employers and support business development activities. The role involves communicating with employers, qualifying and onboarding them, following up on activation, and ensuring strong ongoing engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and key stakeholders.
• Support business development activities and identify potential employer opportunities.
• Communicate with employers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Manage the employer qualification and onboarding process.
• Follow up with employers to ensure successful activation and engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address employer requirements effectively.
• Monitor employer activities, maintain accurate records, and track progress, engagement, and activation KPIs.
• Prepare regular reports and provide updates on employer relationships and business development activities.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand the employer network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Employer Relations, Account Management, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience dealing with employers, corporate clients, or key stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow up effectively.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi employment and business market (preferred).
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
