Architectural Inspector – Construction Projects

About the role

JASARA Program Management Company is looking for a qualified Architectural Inspector to ensure construction projects across the Kingdom meet architectural standards, building codes and specifications. The role involves on‑site inspections, quality assessments and close collaboration with project teams, contractors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous on‑site inspections to verify that work aligns with architectural designs and specifications.
• Assess material quality and workmanship, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Identify, document and communicate discrepancies or construction defects to relevant parties.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of inspection activities.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams on architectural compliance.
• Engage with contractors and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, compliance and challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in architectural inspection or construction supervision.
• Strong understanding of architectural standards, construction methods and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and effective communication.
