The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading a luxury retail store, acting as the deputy and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role combines brand ambassadorship with business ownership, driving sales performance and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in defining and executing business strategies to exceed financial targets.
• Provide commercial recommendations and support cross‑selling and up‑selling initiatives.
• Coach the team to achieve KPI targets, including product knowledge and collection training.
• Promote omni‑channel awareness, encouraging the use of digital tools and e‑commerce order fulfillment.
• Represent the brand at local events and ensure consistent service standards on the sales floor.
• Participate in recruitment, talent identification and internal development planning.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and corporate guidelines.
