BIM Manager

About the role

The BIM Manager will lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling processes for the Sharaan Resort #1 project in Saudi Arabia, ensuring that digital workflows support project objectives and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the project‑specific BIM Execution Plan in line with client requirements, industry standards and Saudi regulations.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, facilitate collaboration between architecture, engineering and construction teams, and resolve model‑related issues.
• Manage the quality, accuracy and completeness of BIM models submitted by consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Oversee model federations, clash detection and reporting to support constructability reviews, scheduling and cost estimation.
• Establish BIM protocols, workflows and standards tailored to the project, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Provide training, guidance and technical support to internal and external team members on BIM processes and tools.
• Maintain documentation of BIM deliverables, revisions and approvals throughout design and construction stages.
• Prepare regular BIM progress reports for project management and client representatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM management experience, preferably on underground tunnelling or building projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360.
• Knowledge of international BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and PAS 1192, and Saudi local codes/regulations.
• Experience with model federation, clash detection, 4D scheduling and 5D cost estimation.
