Hard Services Engineer – Roads/Infrastructure O&M

About the role

The Hard Services Engineer will provide technical oversight and management of civil hard‑service assets such as roads, bridges and street‑lighting infrastructure for a prestigious client in Al Ula. The role focuses on asset lifecycle management, contractor performance and compliance with Saudi and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of maintenance strategies for roads, bridges and street‑lighting assets.
• Monitor and improve asset performance, reliability and safety throughout their lifecycle.
• Ensure contractor activities meet contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Align maintenance programmes with RCU objectives and best‑practice asset‑management frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent extensive industry experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in hard‑services, facilities or asset management for roads and infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of asset‑management principles, maintenance standards and compliance frameworks.
