Brand Manager – Biosimilars

About the role

Abbott is seeking a proactive Brand Manager to lead the commercial strategy and launch execution of its biosimilar portfolio in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Established Pharmaceuticals division, you will act as the local commercial integrator, ensuring alignment across sales, medical, market access, regulatory, supply, and finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual brand plans that reflect global and regional strategies while addressing Saudi market dynamics.
• Define brand positioning, value proposition, and competitive tactics for oncology and immunology biosimilars.
• Analyse local market landscape, tender processes, and access barriers to inform launch readiness.
• Set clear KPIs, launch milestones, and performance dashboards to track market penetration.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration to ensure seamless product launch and sustained growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably with biosimilars or biologics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage product launches and stakeholder relationships in the Saudi healthcare environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in local market research and insight generation.
