About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth strategies, expand market presence and secure strategic partnerships across the Kingdom. The role involves leading business development initiatives and collaborating with internal teams to align efforts with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate government tenders and projects, preparing technical and financial proposals.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key partners and clients.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events within the Kingdom.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and provide performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development.
• Strong knowledge of government tenders and bidding processes.
• Proven ability in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
• Advanced negotiation, deal‑closing, and communication skills.
