Category Manager – B2B Marketplace

About the role

We are looking for a Category Manager to join Noon Business, our new B2B marketplace in Riyadh. You will shape the product assortment, build supplier relationships and drive growth of key categories for enterprise customers. You will work with a fast‑moving, cross‑functional team that combines product, operations and data expertise to deliver a seamless procurement experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and build the initial product assortment for the marketplace launch (v1).
• Onboard and negotiate contracts with key sellers and suppliers.
• Design pricing structures, quotation frameworks and margin ladders.
• Acquire and manage anchor B2B customers.
• Collect and feed real‑time market insights into product and operations teams.
• Collaborate with product, operations and analytics teams to align category strategy.
• Monitor category performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet growth targets.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in category management or business development.
• Willingness to spend time in the market and work with minimal structure.
• Strong bias for action, commercial sharpness and resourcefulness.
• Ability to operate like an owner and deliver results in a fast‑moving environment.
• Comfortable analyzing buyer behavior, incentives and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
