Catering Manager – Coffee Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to build and lead a high‑volume catering function within our premium coffee and F&B environment in Riyadh. The role will focus on developing catering operations, serving corporate, retail and event clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end catering operations, including planning, production, logistics and delivery.
• Design catering menus and service packages aligned with coffee and F&B offerings.
• Manage large‑scale orders, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality service.
• Coordinate with kitchen, operations and logistics teams for seamless execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
• Monitor costs, budgets and profitability of the catering division.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, local food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Recruit, train and supervise catering staff and service teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the catering line.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–12 years of experience in large‑scale catering operations, preferably in coffee, airline or contract catering.
• Proven track record handling high‑volume corporate and event catering.
• Strong leadership, communication and client‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in the Saudi or GCC market is preferred.

Required skills

• HACCP food safety certification or equivalent knowledge.
