About the role

Join Masadir Al Amal as a Clothes Salesperson at Taiba Market, Al Haram. You will be the front‑line representative, welcoming customers, helping them select clothing, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience in a predominantly male team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and drive sales through product knowledge and persuasive communication.
• Handle merchandise with care, accurately folding, bagging, and packing items for customers at checkout.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, keep displays and shelves fully stocked, and ensure an optimal shopping experience.

• Strong desire for continuous learning and development in retail.
• Exceptional reliability, punctuality, and perfect attendance record.
• Polite, respectful, and courteous demeanor toward customers and colleagues.

Required skills

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: 8 hours of duty plus 1 hour for personal needs (prayer, food, restroom).
• Dress code: closed abaya and niqab required while on duty.
• Trial period (first month) salary: 4,000 SAR (subject to social insurance deductions).
• Post‑trial salary: 4,000 SAR with no deductions.
