CNC Machinist – Level 1

About the role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist (Level 1) to operate and maintain CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment. The role involves following detailed work orders, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous production flow.

Key responsibilities

• Execute machining operations according to MOPs, programs, and tooling lists provided by technical support.
• Perform self‑inspection, record data, and guarantee production quality.
• Maintain equipment daily and weekly as directed by the Maintenance Team.
• Implement EHS rules and adhere to company policies and labor discipline.
• Provide supporting tasks to ensure normal production and coordinate with workshop, technical support, and quality control.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical college degree, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• At least two years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably with CNC machining centers or heavy machines.
• Knowledge of mechanical or electrical principles and ability to read engineering drawings.
• Experience as a tool administrator and familiarity with cutting‑tool usage, assembly, and maintenance.
• Certification for operating crane and forklift and completed EHS training.

Required skills

• Operation of CNC machines (VTL, HBM, HLM).
• Tool administration and use of Zoller tool‑measuring devices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Tool Data Management systems.
• Use of standard measuring tools and interpretation of engineering drawings.
• Strong communication with NC programmers, process engineers, and tooling engineers.
