Conference & Events Coordinator

About the role

The Conference & Events Coordinator will join the Commercial Department at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh, supporting the planning and execution of conferences, meetings and special events. You will work closely with the Director of Commercial Strategy to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain forms, scheduling systems and correspondence templates for event requests.
• Develop and follow internal sales procedures to address daily client inquiries.
• Provide information and assistance to internal teams and external clients throughout the event lifecycle.
• Maintain and update the Delphi system, ensuring all data is current and shared with colleagues.
• Handle administrative tasks, training support, client relations and general office projects as directed.
• Communicate corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures to staff.
