Contract Manager – Full Lifecycle Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Manager to oversee the complete contract lifecycle, from preparation and negotiation through administration, compliance monitoring and closeout. The role ensures contractual obligations are met, risks are managed and commercial objectives are achieved while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from pre‑award to post‑award and closeout.
• Draft, review, negotiate and administer contracts, sub‑contracts and service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies and legal requirements.
• Identify, assess and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Handle contract amendments, variations, change orders and extensions of time.
• Support procurement and tendering activities, including bid evaluation and contract award recommendations.
• Monitor contractor and supplier performance against contractual obligations.
• Administer claims, disputes and contract‑related issues in coordination with legal and project teams.
• Provide contractual guidance to project managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain contract documentation, records and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with finance on payment certifications, invoicing and commercial matters.
• Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks, claims and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of contract management experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, facilities management or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration principles and commercial management.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts and international contracting standards.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CFM, FMP are a plus; FIDIC Certified Contract Manager preferred.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is an advantage.
