About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to become the voice of our platform in Riyadh. You will be the primary point of contact for users, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries via email, chat, and phone in both English and Arabic.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and account‑related problems.
  • Document interactions and update tickets in the CRM system.
  • Gather user feedback and share insights with product and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and product features.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of customer support experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
  • Saudi national.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM and support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom and HubSpot.
  • Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new software platforms.
