Data Management Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Data Management Consultant to lead the design, implementation and governance of data processes across the organization. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, accessibility and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage data processes to guarantee accuracy, consistency and accessibility of information.
• Track data health and performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws, security protocols and international regulations.
• Assist clients in developing comprehensive data strategies, including architecture, quality assurance and governance frameworks.
• Establish and monitor overarching frameworks for program execution, business‑requirement identification and progress reporting.
• Conduct data‑management compliance assessments and produce detailed reports.
• Create and maintain a data catalog, data dictionary, business glossary and data‑value realization plans.
• Oversee business intelligence, analytics, master data management, data modeling, document management and data operations initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology.
• Advanced knowledge of data management and governance products.
• Proven ability to lead data‑management teams and align initiatives with strategic and operational goals.
• Strong understanding of technical and national controls and standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience assessing compliance and preparing formal reports.
• Proficiency in statistics, data analysis and research methods.
• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) preferred.
