Delivery Manager

About the role

Toptal is seeking a senior Delivery Manager to lead day‑to‑day execution of client engagements across talent, projects, and managed services. This fully remote position focuses on ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery while protecting financial performance for a portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle for assigned projects, from kickoff through closure or transition to steady state.
• Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, milestones, and work breakdown structures, proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Enforce standardized delivery methodologies, SLAs, and best practices defined by Delivery Directors.
• Run recurring delivery ceremonies such as stand‑ups, sprint reviews, status calls, and service reviews, ensuring clear action ownership.
• Monitor delivery KPIs (defects, rework, SLA adherence, CSAT) and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide regular client reporting and protect margin by managing project‑level financials.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience managing technology and professional‑services engagements.
• Proven ability to translate strategic direction into concrete delivery plans and actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and change‑management capabilities.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment.
