About the role

The Demi Chef De Partie will support the kitchen team in delivering high‑standard food service while upholding the company’s reputation for personal presentation and punctuality. This position involves preparing, cooking, and plating dishes according to specifications and maintaining a clean, efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the mise en place for the assigned section to the required high standards.
• Ensure correct plating, cooking, and presentation of dishes under senior chef guidance.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of all kitchen equipment.
• Confidently run at least two kitchen sections when required.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all departments.
• Follow opening and closing procedures, including preparing and adhering to prep lists.
• Apply spec knowledge and portion control consistently.
• Coordinate daily operations with the Chef de Partie and Commis Chef.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Understanding of opening, closing, and prep processes.
