Document Control Officer (Assistant to Technical Director)

About the role

We are seeking a Document Control Officer to support our Technical Director and manage project documentation. The role ensures that all documents are accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant with company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Document Control Manager in maintaining accurate and current project documentation.
• Process and track documents using systems such as Aconex and Dalux, ensuring full traceability.
• Coordinate distribution of incoming and outgoing documents across all departments.
• Provide access to the latest approved document versions and maintain proper archiving.
• Monitor document lifecycles and communicate updates to clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Implement document retention policies and oversee secure disposal of outdated records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in document management systems.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
