F&B Raw Material Procurement Manager

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced F&B Raw Material Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing of catering ingredients and ensure a stable, cost‑effective supply chain. The role is based on‑site in Riyadh and requires close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement plans for F&B raw materials, focusing on supply continuity and cost optimisation.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to build long‑term partnerships, guaranteeing quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to shape procurement strategies and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to align supply with business operations.
• Establish and refine procurement processes and management systems for standardisation and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Food Science or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B raw material or frozen food procurement, with a senior‑level track record.
• Strong knowledge of the F&B raw material market and proven supplier development capabilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; experience in Dubai is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Riyadh.
