General Manager – Corallium

About the role

The Operational General Manager will guide Corallium through its transition from pre‑opening to stable, steady‑state operations. Based at Amaala’s Triple Bay, you will oversee both front‑of‑house guest experiences and back‑of‑house functions, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial sustainability while driving science, research, and partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transition to stable operations across all functional areas.
• Align marine‑life welfare, life‑support systems, and overall operational processes.
• Close pre‑opening gaps, enforce safety discipline, and maintain high‑quality visitor experiences.
• Optimize performance, drive revenue growth, and develop new commercial opportunities through scientific and partnership programs.
• Ensure all service providers meet Corallium’s standards, RSSE governance, and Red Sea Global strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in hospitality, tourism, or large‑scale entertainment venues.
• Strong track record of operational stabilization and performance optimisation.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, including marine‑life, facilities, security, and F&B operations.
• Experience working in a fast‑changing, high‑visibility environment.
