General Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah is seeking an accomplished hospitality leader to serve as General Manager, overseeing all aspects of operations, commercial performance, guest experience and brand stewardship at one of Saudi Arabia’s premier luxury destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all hotel operations, ensuring alignment with Ritz‑Carlton brand standards and Marriott International objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth, market share, profitability and guest loyalty.
• Oversee Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Engineering, Security and other departments to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Lead revenue optimization initiatives, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and Distribution to maximize RevPAR, ADR and occupancy.
• Recruit, develop and retain high‑performing leadership teams, fostering an inclusive culture and succession planning.
• Manage financial performance, delivering budget targets, controlling costs and ensuring long‑term asset value.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, key stakeholders and the local business community, providing strategic updates and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum five years experience as General Manager within internationally recognised luxury hotel brands.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, commercial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, talent development and stakeholder management capabilities.
