About the role
The Guest Experience Expert creates memorable, seamless stays for guests at Sheraton Madinah. You will guide visitors through every step of their visit, from arrival to departure, ensuring each interaction feels personal and effortless.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that support guests throughout their stay.
- Process operational needs, respond to guest requests, and complete daily reports.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe work environment, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Commitment to confidentiality, professional appearance, and clear communication.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required.
