About the role
We are seeking a Guest Relations Officer to join the Residence Compound team in Jubail Industrial City. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to residents, handling their requests and supporting community activities.
Key responsibilities
- Handle residents’ requests, concerns, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers.
- Welcome and assist new residents.
- Manage bookings and resident communications.
- Support community activities and events.
Required profile
- Experience in Guest Relations, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Female candidates only.
