About the role

The Guest Service Brand Ambassador is the face of Plaza Premium Group’s airport hospitality brand, delivering warm, personalized and memorable service to travelers across our global network of lounges and airport facilities. You will ensure every guest feels welcomed from arrival through departure, embodying the company’s values of kindness, innovation and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and efficient guest arrival and departure experience.
• Deliver personalized service throughout the guest journey, including menu recommendations and service assistance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service aligned with brand values.
• Promote brand awareness through knowledgeable and positive guest interactions.
• Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
