Hospitality Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Hospitality Manager to lead daily hospitality operations in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving operational excellence across all venues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily hospitality operations and services.
• Oversee the hospitality team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Prepare work schedules, organize supplies, and ensure venue readiness.
• Coordinate with food, beverage and support service suppliers.
• Address guest feedback and complaints promptly.
• Monitor inventory, track operational costs and adhere to budget.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Train staff on service standards and prepare regular performance reports.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of guest experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Tourism or a related field.
• Proven experience in hospitality management, hotels, restaurants or events.
• Experience managing teams and operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of customer service and hospitality standards.
• Experience dealing with suppliers and service providers.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of hotel management or operational systems (a plus).
