About the role
The Housing Manager oversees daily staff accommodation operations at Hilton locations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring efficient room allocation, compliance with standards, and prompt resolution of employee concerns.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily accommodation operations and room allocations.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and resolve accommodation issues.
- Maintain accurate accommodation records and generate reports.
- Liaise with HR, Engineering, and Security as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in accommodation, facilities, or hotel operations.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Good knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
