Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to manage daily HR operations for Botanica, a sustainable greenery subsidiary of Red Sea Global. The role will support employee relations, onboarding, attendance, leave management and maintain accurate HR documentation in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily HR operational activities according to approved policies and procedures.
• Handle routine employee inquiries, requests and employee‑relations matters, coordinating with relevant parties as needed.
• Coordinate and complete onboarding for new hires, including documentation and formalities.
• Process and maintain employee attendance and leave records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain, update and organize employee personnel files and HR archives securely and retrievably.
• Prepare and issue standard HR letters, certificates, forms and employment‑related documents.
• Process routine employee transactions such as data changes, transfers and other HR updates.
• Prepare routine HR reports related to employee records, attendance, leave and operations.
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy and proper handling of employee information and documents.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and perform other HR‑related duties as assigned.
