Laundry & Kitchen Technician

About the role

The Laundry & Kitchen Technician supports the Engineering Department to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all hotel services. Working closely with other operational teams, you will maintain and troubleshoot commercial laundry and kitchen equipment to keep the property running at peak performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily operation and maintenance of laundry and kitchen equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and refrigeration faults.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimise equipment downtime.
• Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, Laundry Equipment, Kitchen Equipment Maintenance, or a related trade (desirable).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Laundry & Kitchen Technician in a hotel environment, or 4 years in a comparable large commercial facility.
