Lead Principal Engineer

About the role

GRC Technologies is seeking a Lead Principal Engineer to drive customer retention and growth through expert field service and technical support of its artificial lift monitoring solutions. The role involves extensive travel across Saudi Arabia, Egypt and other regions, installing, commissioning and maintaining downhole monitoring equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance of ESP and PDG sensor systems.
• Respond to technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver root‑cause analysis.
• Deliver product training, demonstrations and procedural documentation to customers.
• Collaborate with sales to generate accurate bills of material and support quoting activities.
• Gather field feedback to inform engineering enhancements and functional requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental policies during all activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a matrix‑organized environment, preferably within oil‑and‑gas or energy sectors.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time, often on short notice.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, sales, and engineering teams.
