MEP Project Manager – Large‑Scale Construction

About the role

Burjline Builders, a leading general contractor in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of large‑scale construction projects in Riyadh. The role involves planning, executing, and finalising MEP works while ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP activities from design through commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with overall project goals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless integration.
• Review and approve MEP submittals, drawings, and specifications for compliance.
• Manage resources—including labour, materials, and equipment—to optimise efficiency and control costs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and uphold health and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, providing innovative solutions.
• Prepare and present progress reports highlighting milestones, risks, and financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a Project Manager with extensive MEP experience on large building or civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes, technical standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
