About the role
The House Hotel in Jeddah is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily hotel operations, ensure service excellence, and uphold brand standards. This role is central to delivering a seamless guest experience while driving operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel departments to guarantee smooth, high‑quality service.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to control costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance and facility operations for safety and functionality.
- Identify and implement improvements to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Support revenue growth through effective operational planning.
- Lead, train, and develop team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Manage staff scheduling to maintain adequate coverage across all areas.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
