Payroll Specialist

About the role

The Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll for all employees. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and Government Relations to guarantee compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll on schedule, validating salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, and leave.
• Handle new joiners, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and employee separations.
• Calculate overtime, leave pay, end‑of‑service benefits, and final settlements according to Saudi regulations.
• Manage GOSI contributions, employee registrations, and updates.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliation statements for HR and Finance.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and other payroll inputs, ensuring proper integration.
• Conduct regular payroll audits, identify discrepancies, and suggest improvements.
• Maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Government Relations, and other departments on payroll matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and WPS.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems.
