PMIS Technical Specialist

About the role

Parsons is seeking a PMIS Technical Specialist to join its EMEA implementation delivery team. The role involves implementing, configuring and administering Project Management Information Systems for large client programs across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and administer PMIS solutions to meet client and project requirements.
• Design and manage integration scenarios between PMIS and ERP or other specialist platforms using APIs.
• Develop and maintain custom applications, leveraging programming skills in .NET, Java, REST APIs, and related technologies.
• Conduct client information‑gathering sessions, analyse requirements and prioritize business needs.
• Extract data from PMIS, build data models and visualisations in Power BI.
• Prepare technical documentation and deliver training to client IT teams during knowledge‑transfer phases.
• Provide day‑to‑day software operation support for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications or a related engineering field.
• 5–7 years of experience in PMIS implementation, configuration, integration and support.
• Proven ability to work independently on assigned projects within a program environment.
